Abigail- also known as Abby, AbbyDabby, AbberDabbers, Heathen, Hurricane & HoppyToad- is an absolute delight! Born on July 1st, 2010, she loves her Momma Paws, plays with and terrorizes her with great joy every chance she gets (pounces, jumps at, chases, swipes toys, helps her eat & even go potty sometimes)! Paws and Abby really really want to go together to their 4ever home as Abigail will be the bonding/socializing agent for the 2 of them while they get used to their new people and surroundings.
Abigail runs and leaps with great abandon any where she can-on the bed, off the cat stand, at any movement under anything! We spend a lot of time laughing at her/their antics. Oh, she also likes to ‘help’ in lots of situations & will hop on my back when bent over or if she can, leap from something-but-she does not use her claws. Ex-she now has a couple streaks on her tail from leaping onto my shoulder while coloring my hair!
Abigail weighs about 4 lbs now and I feel is going to be a bit fuzzy, not sleek like her mom Paws. She too is a Tuxedo, has golden eyes, long white whiskers and eyebrows, white feet & underbelly, her head is black with white right under her nose going down under her jaw and neck onto her chest, with a small black rectangle right under her chin, and a white ring on her right hind leg, like a bracelet. She has a beautiful face, loves being loved on, sleeps with us quite often now, talks when hungry-has a sweet voice and a great purr for a small kitty!
We have given them both loads of attention so they will be able to accept love from others, all we ask is patience in letting them get used to new people, sights and sounds. They both love sitting in/looking out windows at the birds & people, and sleeping on the sunny sills (we have wide sills just for cats). They both get along well w/our other cats-5!-reason can't keep her and Paws.
They will come to their forever home with their vet papers & tags, favorite foods, toys, sleeping hut (Paws), scratching pads, play cube (Abigail), and anything else I’ve forgotten to list.
