Cadre was living the life of a homeless kitten when he was picked up by an officer and turned over to DCC. His life took a dramatic change when he had a warm, safe bed at night and all the food he could eat. It didn't take long for him to realize he had fallen into the lap of luxury. He has come to realize that people are the source of food & comfort. Cadre is a sweet boy that will quickly warm up to a new owner.
