Pepper has been in foster care since she was just 4 weeks old. She is a cuddler with other cats and with people. She loves attention and wants to be where her person is. She’s been around lots of other cats, gets along well, and loves to play. Make her dream come true and give her a lap to call her own for the rest of her life.
