Finn was left to fend for himself when his family moved. The neighbor took over the care of him and his sister. They decided to ask DCC to take over their care so they could find a home with a loving family to give them a life they deserve. Finn is friendly and loves people to pet him. He loves to play with his toys & sister GiGi. He also looks forward to a canned food treat in the morning.
