Rascal is a cat that is quite entertaining. He has a unique personality with definite opinions on life.  He enjoys playing with other cats but can get overly rambunctious needing to be reminded of his manners. He does not like to be in a carrier and will sulk  after being let out to show his displeasure. It doesn't last long but he needs to make his point. He's not a fan of cages or being locked in a room away from family. He does love his toys & the laser light. He has lots of energy and is fun to play with.
