Oasis and his siblings were found trapped in a vacant hot tub that their mother thought was a good place to raise her family. The owners called DCC so they could have the chance at a better life than their parents who had no home. Oasis gives hugs and will nibble if he feels he's not getting the attention he feels he deserves. He's a sweet boy and will quickly become your friend if he gets a daily treat of canned food.
